The Organization for Researching and Composing University Textbooks in the Humanities (Samt) in cooperation with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) holds a first-ever International conference on "University Textbook" in late 2006 to enhance the quality of such textbooks and promote the use of Information Technology in this field.
